This Code of Conduct sets out the principles and values that are binding for ourcompany Revenue Excellence Partners GmbH (hereinafter referred to as REP) andall employees. Our aim is to create a respectful, fair and ethical workingenvironment - both internally and externally with our customers and businesspartners.
Our company promotes a culture of respect, diversity and equal treatment. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or bullying of any kind and actively promote an inclusive and respectful working environment. We focus on the following values - not exclusively, but in particular:
Respect: We treat all colleagues, customers and business partners withrespect and dignity. Respectful behaviour means responding to differentopinions and backgrounds and creating an inclusive and supportive workingenvironment. We stand up against discrimination and any form ofharassment.
Ethics: Open communication, trusting behaviour, transparency and honestyare the cornerstones of our corporate culture. All employees are obliged toact honestly and reliably, whether in their dealings with customers, businesspartners or colleagues. Misconduct or discrepancies should be addressedopenly and ethical standards should be adhered to at all times.
Professionalism: A professional appearance and behaviour are essential forthe success of our company. Employees should behave in a respectful,reliable and solution-orientated manner at all times. This includes awell-groomed appearance, constructive communication and a commitmentto high-quality work results. Our professionalism is reflected in our dealingswith customers, business partners and colleagues.
All internal information, trade secrets and personal data must be treated as strictly confidential. This also applies to all information entrusted to us by customers. Customer data, business secrets and contractual agreements must be protected with the utmost care. Such information may only be passed on to third parties with express authorisation or if there is a legal obligation to do so. The protection of customer data and sensitive company information has the highest priority.
Employees are obliged to disclose any personal or financial interests that could lead to a conflict of interest with the company or our customers. Business decisions must always be made in the best interests of the company and our customers and must not be influenced by private gain. Any form of favouritism that could compromise the trust between the company, customers and business partners must be avoided. If a potential conflict of interest arises, this must be reported immediately to the responsible office in the company.
We are committed to fair competition and comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws. Agreements with competitors or manipulation of market mechanisms are prohibited. Our services are offered honestly and without misleading practices.
Bribery and corruption in any form are prohibited. Employees may neither accept nor offer bribes or inappropriate gifts. All business practices must be transparent and lawful.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including legal consequences. Employees, business partners and customers are required to report violations or suspected violations immediately. Violations of the Code of Conduct can be reported at any time without fear of reprisals. REP provides mechanisms to protect whistleblowers and treat their reports confidentially.
This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, customers and business partners. By adhering to these principles, we create a trusting and successful working relationship.
